I believe therapy can be helpful for anyone who wants to better understand themselves. You don’t need to be in crisis to get support. Wanting clarity, connection, or simply a space to be yourself is reason enough. Life is complex, and therapy offers a space to land, reflect, and grow.

I believe that finding the right therapist is deeply personal. After reading through this site and having an initial conversation, most people start to get a sense of whether it feels like a good fit. A strong connection between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of meaningful, effective therapy.

Sessions are 50 minutes. For therapy to be the most effective, I meet with clients on a weekly basis.
