I believe that all people have a wired-in capacity to heal emotionally (just as we do for our physical wounds), however, sometimes this capacity gets blocked. While emotions can serve as powerful guides, informing us of our needs and desires, many of us have learned to avoid certain emotions. This can leave us feeling numb, disconnected, anxious or depressed.
Together, we’ll make sense of the feelings and experiences that feel overwhelming. We’ll gently explore where your thoughts and emotions come from and how your past shows up in your present. This can help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to move through life with a little more ease and clarity.
