Therapy for Teens, Young Adults & Adults

TEENS

The middle and high school years can feel intense, like the volume on life is turned up. I offer therapy for teens navigating anxiety, big emotions, friendships, family dynamics, academic pressure, and the challenges of figuring out who they are. Therapy can offer a place to slow things down, feel understood, and make sense of what is happening. Over time, teens can understand themselves, communicate what they need, and feel more confident handling the challenges that come their way.

YOUNG ADULTS

Early adulthood can bring a lot of freedom, but also pressure to figure out what you want and where you're headed. I offer therapy for young adults navigating anxiety, relationships, family expectations, career decisions, identity, and major life changes. Therapy can offer a place to make sense of what's shaping your choices and separate what you want from what you feel you should want. Together, we can make room for uncertainty while helping you find a direction that feels more like your own.

ADULTS

Life can look relatively settled while still feeling difficult underneath. I offer therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationships, boundaries, work stress, family dynamics, and changing roles or responsibilities. Therapy can help you understand patterns that keep showing up, make sense of what you need, and respond with more choice. It can also be a place to consider what matters to you now and how you want to move through the next chapter of your life.
